What is proposed?

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Gallichan Pub Co Limited have applied for a variation of a Premises Licence in respect of premises known as the Railway Inn, 6 Station Road, Yatton, Bristol BS49 4AJ

The variation proposed is as follows:-

Amend sale of alcohol start time to 10.00am on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Remove Annex 2 condition 2 under protection of children from harm – No children are allowed on the premises after 9.00pm unless attending a private party.

A copy of the Application can be inspected at the offices of North Somerset Council Licensing Authority, North Somerset Council, Town Hall, Walliscote Grove Road, Weston-super-Mare, Somerset BS23 1UJ www.n-somerset.gov.uk during normal office hours.

This application was lodged with North Somerset Council Licensing Authority on 12 May 2026 and any representations must be made in writing to North Somerset Council Licensing Authority at the above address or licensing@n-somerset.gov.uk no later than 9 June 2026.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application. Those who make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
