Notice is hereby given that an application has been made to SOLIHULL METROPOLITAN BOROUGH COUNCIL for the grant of a Premises Licence under the above Act on 13 May 2026.

Premises Address: Unit 18, Parkgate Shopping Centre, Stratford Road, Shirley, Solihull, B90 3GG
Proposed Licensable Activities: • The sale by retail of alcohol • Live music • Recorded music • Exhibition of films
Proposed Days and Times of Licensable Activities: Monday to Sunday 11:00am – 11:00pm

Any person wishing to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing, stating the grounds for representation, to the Licensing Team at the above address or by email to: licensing@solihull.gov.uk

Representations must be received within 28 consecutive days starting on the day after the application was submitted to the licensing authority.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine.
