What is proposed?

Application has been made by Benugo Limited to the Licensing Authority of Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council for a Premises Licence for Benugo at John Lewis, Touchwood, Solihull, B91 3RA. Any persons wishing to make representations on this matter shall give notice, in writing, stating the nature and grounds for making such representations to the Licensing Team at the above address or by email to licensing@solihull. gov.uk no later than 9 June 2026.

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
