PUBLIC NOTICE - LICENSING ACT 2003

Take notice that Huncoat Railway Ltd has applied to Hyndburn Borough Council under the Licensing Act 2003 for a Premises Licence in respect of the premises known as The Railway Hotel, 2 Station Road, Huncoat, Accrington, BB5 6NG

Details of the application are as follows:-

Retail sale of Alcohol, late night refreshments, live and recorded music
Monday and Sunday 09:00 to 00.00
Tuesday to Thursday - 12.00 - 00.00
Friday to Saturday - 09.00 to 01.00

The place where the record of the application may be inspected and where the register of the Licensing Authority is kept is the Licensing Department, Hyndburn Borough Council, Scaitcliffe House, Ormerod Street, Accrington, BB5 0PF.

Any representation must be in writing to the Licensing Manager, Hyndburn Borough Council, Scaitcliffe House, Ormerod Street, Accrington

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which at the Standard Scale, currently £5,000.
