NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE

Premises: 18 Bridge Street, Helmsley, YORK, YO62 5DX.

Notice is given that Premises Licence Holder has applied to North Yorkshire Council Licensing Authority to vary the Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003.

The proposed variation is: To increase the licensed area to include a beer garden, supply of alcohol daily 09:00 to 23:00, on and off supplies.

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: North Yorkshire Council, Licensing Department, Ryedale House, Old Malton Road, Malton YO17 7HH.

Representations must be received by the date below: 8th June 2026

The Application Record and Register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5000).
