We: Woodbury Park Hotel and Country Club do hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority at East Devon District Council for a variation of a new Premises Licence at: Woodbury Park Hotel and Golf Club, Warkindon Way, Woodbury, EX5 1JJ and known as Woodbury Park
The application is to:
Apply to authorise the following licensable activities: The supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises, the provision of live and recorded music (outdoors), the premises opening hours:
Saturday 29 August 2026 12:00–22:00.
Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to The Licensing Manager, East Devon District Council, Blackdown House, Border Road, Heathpark Industrial Estate, Honiton, EX14 1EJ not later than 8th June 2026. Representations received after this date cannot be considered. All representations MUST BE IN WRITING
A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority’s address during normal office hours or on the Councils Website: www.eastdevon.gov.uk/licensing/
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
