NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that We, Greene King Brewing and Retailing Limited have applied to Manchester City Council on 12th May 2026 for a variation to a premises licence to use the premises at the: Royal Oak, 440 Barlow Moor Road, Manchester, M21 0BQ.
The application is to remove Annex 3 Condition (2) No external drinking areas shall be provided at the premises, and all external drinking shall be prohibited. Replace with:
After the hours of 22:00 hours no external areas for drinking shall be provided at the premises.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of their representation by 09th June 2026 stating the grounds for making said representation to: Manchester City Council,

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
