NOTICE is hereby given that Cherry Bomb Events Ltd have applied on 10th May 2026 to Cheshire East Council in respect of the premises known as The Charles Roe, 60-62 Chestergate, Macclesfield, SK11 6DY

For a premises licence to provide the following licensable activities:

Supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises:

Monday to Thursday: 09:00 - 23:00 Friday to Saturday: 09:00 - 00:00 Sunday: 09:00 - 23:00

Provision of regulated entertainment (recorded music and live music):

Monday to Thursday: 09:00 - 23:00 Friday to Saturday: 09:00 - 00:00 Sunday: 09:00 - 23:00

Provision of late night refreshment: Friday & Saturday: 23:00 - 00:00

Representations shall be made in writing to the below address on or before the following date: 8 June 2026
