What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Application has been made by Marston's PLC to the
Licensing Authority of Mansfield District Council to vary
the Premises Licence for the Bowl in Hand at 45 Leeming
Street, Mansfield, Notts, NG18 1NB. The application
includes the following terms:- 1. To bring forward
commencement time on Sunday to 10:00 hours in respect
of sale of alcohol and regulated entertainment. 2. To permit
extended hours on Friday and Saturday until 04:00 hours
in respect of retail sale of alcohol, late night refreshment
and recorded music.

of the Licensing Authority at Mansfield District Council,
Civic Centre, Chesterfield Road South, Mansfield,
Nottinghamshire, NG18 7BH
A responsible authority or any other person can
make written representations to the Licensing Authority
at any time up to and including 5th June 2026
