(ARTICLE 22, SCHEDULE 5, PARAGRAPHS 1 & 2)
NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE TRANSFER OF A LICENCE

TAKE NOTICE that Revolutionary Diners & Grills Ltd (“the Company”), Company Number NI733554 whose
registered office is at Unit 1, 40 The Cutts, Dunmurry, BT17 9HS intends to apply to the Magistrates’ Court
sitting at Lisburn Courthouse, Railway Street, Lisburn, BT28 1XR at 10.00am on 4 June 2026 for the transfer of
a licence at present held by Blue Burger Restaurants Ltd whose registered office address is also Unit 1, 40 The
Cutts, Dunmurry, BT17 9HS for premises situate at Unit 12, Lisburn Leisure Park, Lisburn, BT28 1LP being
premises of the following kind according to the Licensing (Northern Ireland) Order 1996, namely premises
specified in Article:
5(1)(e), a restaurant, namely premises other than those referred to in Article 5(1)(a) of the order, which are
structurally adapted and used for the purpose of providing persons frequenting the premises with a main table
meal at midday or in the evening, or both.
A Protection Order authorising Revolutionary Diners & Grills Ltd with registered office at Unit 1, 40 The Cutts,
Dunmurry, BT17 9HS to carry on the business under the licence was granted on 4 December 2025r by the
Magistrates Court sitting at Lisburn Courthouse for the period of 6 months from the date of the order.
The following body corporate owns the business carried on under the licence – Revolutionary Diners & Grills
Ltd – a limited liability company of which Liam McQuoid and Niamh Hill are the directors and executive
controllers.
The owner of the premises is Ebony Developments Limited.
The licence will be deposited with the Clerk of Petty Sessions before or at the hearing of the application.
