PUBLIC NOTICE FOR A APPLICATION TO GRANT/VARY A PREMISES LICENCE (under Sections 17 of the Act)

Notice is hereby given by Matthew Gray of New Hall School, The Avenue, Chelmsford, that we have applied for a Premises Licence in respect of New Hall School, The Avenue, Boreham, Chelmsford, CM3 3HS as follows:

The supply of alcohol as follows:
• between the hours of 16:00 and 22:00, Mon to Wed;
• between the hours of 16:00 and 23:00 Thursday;
• between the hours of 16:00 and 23:59 Friday;
• between the hours of 10:00 and 23:59 Saturday;
• between the hours of 10:00 and 23:00 Sunday.

Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations on this application in writing to the Licensing Section, Chelmsford City Council, Civic Centre, Duke Street, Chelmsford, Essex, CM1 1JE or by emailing licensing@Chelmsford.gov.uk by not later than 15 June 2026.

The full application can be arranged for viewing upon request with the licensing department.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable on summary conviction by a fine.
