NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A VARIATION PURSUANT TO SECTION 34
Notice is given that: Ilknur Berivan Nayir has applied for the Variation of a Premises Licence for the following premises: Rubar Cafe, 5 Springham Walk, London, SE10 0YR. A record of this application may be inspected by
appointment. Other persons may make representations to the Council on this application by no Later than 12/06/2026. Representations can be made in writing, by email or fax using the contact details above.
Representations can only be made on the grounds of one of the four licensing objectives, namely: Prevention of Crime and Disorder; Prevention of Public Nuisance; Public Safety; Protection of Children from Harm. Any person who makes a false statement in connection with an application is liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine. The following variation are proposed: The application seeks to vary the premises licence to extend the licensed area to include the frontage/external area of the premises from 11:00 to 21:00 Monday to Sunday to permit the consumption of alcohol by customers.
