NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A NEW PREMISES LICENCE

APPLICANT: MR EDWARD PALMER
PREMISES: NEW MARSKE INSTITUTE CLUB, 29 GURNEY STREET, NEW MARSKE, REDCAR, TS11 8EG

Notice is hereby given that Mr Edward Palmer has applied on the 13th May 2026 to Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council for a New Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003.

The application sought is to permit the supply of alcohol (on and off the premises) every day 11.00 to 00.30. Plays, films, indoor sporting events, boxing and wrestling, live music, recorded music, performance of dance and anything similar 11:00 to 00:00 every day. Late Night Refreshment 23:00 to 00:30. The opening hours of the premises will be every day 11.00 to 01.00. Conditions will apply.

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to the Licensing Department, Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council, Redcar & Cleveland House, Kirkleatham Street, Redcar, TS10 1RT. Representations must be received no later than 10th June 2026. The application record and register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address or at www.redcar-cleveland.gov.uk.

It is an offence for anyone to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
