What is proposed?

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Ealing Nominees 1 Limited has applied to the Licensing Authority at Ealing Council for a premises licence for the former BrewDog, Unit 19 Dickens Yard, Longfield Avenue, Ealing, London W5 2TD as follows: This application is to replicate the former premises licence which lapsed further to the dissolvement of the previous licence holder. The application is for the same licensable activities and hours as before, which are as follows: Retail sale of alcohol - Monday to Saturday 10:00 until 23:30 and Sunday 11:00 until 23:30; Late Night refreshment 23:00 until 23:30 daily. The opening hours are to be 07:00 until 00:00 daily. This application also includes seasonal variations for New Year’s Eve and the evening preceding a Bank Holiday. Full details of the application may be inspected on the council’s website at: http:// www.ealing.gov.uk/licences Representations should be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Perceval House, 14-16 Uxbridge Road, Ealing W5 2HL or licensing@ealing.gov.uk not later than 8th June 2026. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. To do so could result in an unlimited fine.
