What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Application has been made by Nando's Chickenland

Limited to the Licensing Authority of North Lincolnshire Council for a Premises Licence for the Nando's, Doncaster Road, Gunness, Scunthorpe DN15 8TE.

The application includes the following terms:-

1. To permit the sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises between 1100 and 0000 Monday to Sunday.

2. To permit the provision of late night refreshment between 2300 and 0000 Monday to Sunday.

Full details of the Application can be viewed by appointment at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Church Square House, Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire, DN15 6XQ Monday to Friday 09:30 to 16:30 hours.

A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at Public Protection, Licensing Division, PO Box 42 Church Square House, Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire DN15 6XQ any time up to and including 11th June 2026 (www.northlincs.gov.uk)

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
