What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Application has been made by Chopstix Restaurant Limited to the Licensing
Authority of Canterbury City Council (www.canterbury.gov.uk) for a Premises
Licence for the Chopstix at 16 St George's Street, Canterbury, Kent,
CT1 2SR.

The application includes the following terms:
1. To enable late night refreshment between 23:00 and 03:00 the following
mornings Mondays to Sundays.

This application can be inspected by appointment at Council Offices, 14 Rose Lane,Canterbury,Kent,CT1 2UR. To make an appointment email
licensing@canterbury.gov.uk.

Any representations must be made in writing to the above email or postal
address by 05 June 2026

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application.

The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
