What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003, NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Application has been made by Aldi Stores Limited to the Licensing Authority of Bridgend County Borough Council for a Premises Licence for the Aldi Store at Brackla Park, Bridgend, CF31 2DR.

The proposed licensable activity is the sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises each day of the week between 06:00 and 00:00.

The Licensing Register may be inspected at the Licensing Authority, Bridgend County Borough Council, Licensing Section, Civic Offices, Angel Street, Bridgend CF31 4WB between 9.00 am and 4.00 pm (Monday to Friday except public holidays).

Written representations can be made to the Licensing Authority at the above address or by email to licensing@bridgend.gov.uk any time up to and including 10 June 2026.

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application.

The maximum fine on summary conviction is Level 5.
