Notice is hereby given that Flight Club Darts Limited has applied in respect of Flight Club, 79-82 Queen Street, Exeter, EX4 3RP for the grant of a new premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following:
This is an application to permit the sale of alcohol, indoor sporting events. recorded music and late night refreshment as follows;
Sunday to Wednesday from 10:00h (23:00h for late night refreshment) until 00:00h and Thursday to Saturday and Bank Holiday Sundays, along with every Wednesday through the month of December, from 10:00h (23:00h for late night refreshment) until 01:00h the morning following.
Opening hours of the premises to be Sunday to Wednesday from 10:00h until 00:30h the morning following and Thursday to Saturday, along with Bank Holiday Sundays and every Wednesday through the month of December, from 10:00h until 01:30h the morning following.
This application and associated plans can be viewed by prior appointment at Exeter City Council, The Civic Centre, Paris Street, Exeter EX1 1JN during normal office hours or at ‘Applications in progress - Exeter City Council’ via www.exeter.gov.uk/licensing
Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations to the Council about the application. Such representations must be in writing, or by email to licensing.team@exeter.gov.uk, and made no later than the end of 9th June 2026.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. Persons will be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
