NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application for a Premises Licence under the above mentioned legislation has been made
The Empire Heritage Hotel Skegness Limited to East Lindsey District Council in respect of premises which are known as the IVY HOTEL situated at 29 Scarbrough Avenue, Skegness , PE25 2TQ.
The licensable activities , which it is proposed to carry on at the premises, are as Follows:
Supply of Alcohol (for consumption on the premises).
The record of the application may be inspected by prior appointment at the offices of The Licensing Team, East Lindsey District Council, The Hub, Mareham Road, Horncastle, LN9 6PH, during normal office hours (email: licensing@e-lindsey.gov.uk).
Any representations by interested parties or Responsible Authorities regarding the application must be made in writing (or email) to the Licensing Team, East Lindsey District Council at the above address by 30 May 2026.
It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to level 5 (£5000) on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the licence application.
