Regulated Entertainment (Live Music, Recorded Music): Mon-Sun (10:00-04:00). Late Night Refreshments: Mon-Sun (23:00-03:00). Further information concerning the application can be viewed on the Licensing Act 2003 Electronic Public Register at: www.birmingham.gov.uk/licensing Any person who wishes to make a representation must do so in writing, preferably by email to: licensing@ birmingham.gov.uk or by post to: General Licensing, Regulation & Enforcement, PO Box 17831, Birmingham B2 2HJ.
Representations must be received within 28 consecutive days from the day after the application was submitted. The last day for making representations is: 09/06/2026 It is an offence, under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to make a false statement in or in connection with this application. Those who make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
