To whom it may concern:

B HANDLOWIEC LTD is applying for the grant of a Premise Licence for: Morrisons Daily, 20-22 Queen Street, Newton Abbot, TQ12 2EF

The Licence if granted is to enable the following activities to take place:

Supply of alcohol for off the premises consumption:
Monday – Sunday, 07:00 – 23:00
Opening hours: Monday – Sunday, 07:00 – 23:00

Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to the Licensing Section, Teignbridge District Council, Forde House, Brunel Road, Newton Abbot TQ12 4XX or emailing licensing@ teignbridge.gov.uk. Representations may be made for 28 consecutive days from the date of this notice. The receipt of representations will be published with the appropriate Committee Agenda (if applicable).

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is unlimited.
