APPLICATION TO VARY PREMISES LICENCE

(Section 34)

Notice is hereby given that B & M Retail Limited has
applied to Wigan Council on 8 May 2026 to vary the
Premises Licence in respect of B&M Store, Worthington
Way, Wigan, WN3 6XA to vary the layout of the premises
in accordance with the submitted plans; extend the hours
for opening and the sale of alcohol to 07:00 to 23:00 daily
and to remove and replace premises licence conditions.
The application may be inspected at the Licensing section,
Wigan Life Centre, College Avenue, Wigan, WN1 1NJ
between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. Monday to
Friday inclusive. Brief details can also be obtained from the
Council's website

Any person or responsible authority may make
representations about the application no later than 5 June
2026. All representations must be made in writing by the
above date.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false
statement in connection with an application. A person is
liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false
statement be made.
