What is proposed?

Notice is hereby given that The Original Pasty House, Bedford House, West Street, Tavistock, PL19 0AE has applied to West Devon Borough Council for a Premises Licence for the sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises. Proposed hours are Monday to Saturday 08:00–17:00 and Sunday 09:00–17:00.
Any person wishing to make representations regarding this application must do so in writing to the Licensing Authority at West Devon Borough Council by 15th June 2026.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
