In addition you are required to place a copy of the public notice at the premises throughout the 28 day consultation process. The notice must be printed on blue, A4 paper and be displayed in a prominent position where it can clearly be read from the exterior of the premises. Please send us a photograph of this notice on public display by 17:00 15/05/26 to avoid invalidating the consultation.

Tacit consent applies to this application. This means that you can assume the authorisation has been granted (subject to standard conditions that might apply) if you have not received a decision notice from us within 61 calendar days.
