What is proposed?

Primrose Hospice and Family Support Centre have applied for a premises licence to be granted under the licensing act 2003 to host Orchardfest at Pools Farm, Moorgate Road, Worcestershire B60 4AP on Friday 21st August and Saturday 22nd August 2026. If approved, the premises licence would permit the provision of live and recorded music on Friday 21 August 2026 between 17:00 and 23:00, and on Saturday 22 August 2026 between 12:00 and 23:00.
The licence would also permit the sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises during these times.
Anyone wishing to comment on the application must submit their representations to Worcestershire Regulatory Services.
Representations by interested parties or responsible authorities should be made in writing to Worcestershire Regulatory Services, Wyre Forest House, Finepoint Way, Kidderminster, DY11 7WF or enquiries@worcsregservices.gov.uk by 5th June 2026.
