NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

V D STORES LTD has applied to Oadby & Wigston Council for a Premises Licence at 42-44 Chestnut Avenue, Oadby, Leicester LE2 5JG to enable the Sale of Alcohol for consumption off the premises, 07:00 to 23:00, Mondays to Sundays.

Any representation must be made in writing or email as above before the 05/06/2026 to: Licensing, Oadby & Wigston Council, Station Road, Wigston LE18 2DR.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application under the Licensing Act 2003. 

A person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
