Notice is hereby given that St Austell Brewery Co Limited has applied in respect of Bishop & Wolf, Hugh Street, St. Mary's, isles of Scilly, TR21 0LL for an application to vary the premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following: To extend the premises licence opening hours and the hours when the premises is permitted to provide licensable activities: Opening Hours; Monday – Sunday 08:00 – 00:30 (currently 23:30 close Sunday – Thursday; 00:00 close Friday – Saturday). Regulated Entertainment (Recorded Music only); Monday – Sunday 19:00 – 00:00 (currently 23:00 finish). Sale of Alcohol (on & off sales); Monday – Sunday 08:00 – 00:00 (currently 10:00 - 23:00 Sunday – Thursday; 10:00 - 23:30 Friday – Saturday). All other hours, activities and conditions are to remain unchanged by this application.
A responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to the Licensing Team, Cornwall Council, New County Hall, Truro TR1 3AY or email licensing@cornwall.gov.uk not later than 9 June 2026.
