NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that an application has been made by Fresh & Wild Limited in respect of premises known as Whole Foods Market located at 359 Upper Street, London, N1 0PD to Islington Council on 6 May 2026 for the variation of a premises licence.

The proposed variation is for an extension to permitted hours for the sale of alcohol by retail off the premises by an additional hour in the morning to 07:00am - 23:00pm Monday - Sunday, which is consistent with the opening hours of the Premises.

Full details of the variation are contained within the application form held by Islington Council, Licensing Team, 222 Upper Street, London, N1 1XR, where the licensing register can be inspected during the Authority’s normal opening hours or online by visiting their website https://www.islington.gov.uk/

Any representations by a responsible authority or other person regarding the above mentioned application must be made in writing to The Licensing Authority at the above address or to licensing@islington.gov.uk no later than 3 June 2026, stating the grounds upon which the representation is being made.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum financial penalty on summary conviction is unlimited.
