LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO GRANT A NEW PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Times Cafe Ltd of 28 Post House Wynd, Darlington DL3 7LP has applied in respect of Times Cafe for grant of a new Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for the Sale of Alcohol (on the premises only) 12:00 - 23:00, and Indoor Sporting Events, Live Music, and Recorded Music 07:00 - 23:00. The licensable activities will be extended to 01:00 on New Years Eve.

Representations to this application must be made in writing by 5th June 2026 to Darlington Borough Council Licensing Authority at Town hall, Darlington, DL1 5QT where the register of Licensing Applications can be inspected between 10:00 and 16:00 and/or at www.darlington.gov.uk.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum penalty for which a person is liable on summary conviction is an unlimited fine.
