APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application for a Premises Licence under the above-mentioned legislation has been made by Funworld Limited to East Lindsey District Council in respect of premises known as Nemos Fish & Chips, Sea Lane Extension, Ingoldmells, PE25 1PG.

The licensable activities, which it is proposed to carry on at the premises, is the supply of alcohol for consumption on & off the premises.

The record of the application may be inspected at the offices of The Licensing Team, East Lindsey District Council, The Hub, Mareham Road, Horncastle. LN9 6PH, during normal office hours.

Any representations by interested parties or responsible authorities regarding the application must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, East Lindsey District Council at the above address by midnight 09/06/26.

It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 (unlimited) on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
