NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Stone Nest has applied to WESTMINSTER CITY COUNCIL on 06 May 2026 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at Stone Nest, 136 Shaftesbury Avenue, London, W1D 5EZ for the provision of regulated entertainment (Performance of Dance; Exhibition of a Film; Performance of Live Music; Playing of Recorded Music; Anything of a similar description to Live Music, Recorded Music or Performance of Dance; Performance of a Play) and the sale by retail of alcohol from 09:00 to 02:00 Monday to Saturday and from 10:00 to 00:00 Sunday, and the provision of late night refreshment from 23:00 to 02:00 Monday to Saturday and from 23:00 to 00:00 Sunday, plus non standard timings. The application proposes a new permanent premises licence on the same terms as currently permitted by licence ref: 24/01605/LIPN, as more particularly set out in the application.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: Public Protection and Licensing, Westminster City Council, 15th Floor, Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London SW1E 6QP to be received by no later than 3 June 2026 stating the grounds for making said representation.
The register and a record of the application can be inspected on the Council’s website www.westminster.gov.uk or by appointment at the Council’s offices during office hours.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
