NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF: A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Premises: BURNT ISLAND

Address: The Bank, Hugh Town, St Mary's, Isles of Scilly, TR21 0HY.

Notice is hereby given that I, Phillip D. Lovelock, have applied to the Council of the Isles of Scilly for the grant of a Premises Licence.

The proposed licensable activities are:

Sale of Alcohol: On the premises, Monday-Sunday 11:00 - 22:30.

Recorded Music: Monday to Sunday 09.00 - 23.00

The full application can be inspected at the Council offices or on the Current Licensing Applications

Representations must be made in writing to the Licensing Department, Council of the Isles of Scilly, Town Hall, St Mary's, Isles of Scilly TR21 0LW or via email to licensing@scilly.gov.uk.

Representations must be received by the Council no later than: 10th June 2026 - (28 days after submission).

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, with a maximum fine of up to level 5 on the standard scale.
