Notice is hereby given that C.Gars Ltd in respect of Premises known as La Casa Del Habano, 26 St James Square, London, SW1Y 4JH applied to Westminster City Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence. The proposed variation is: To extend the retail sale of alcohol terminal hour from 18:00 to 23:00 Monday to Sunday; To extend the premises opening terminal hour from 21:00 to 23:30 Monday to Sunday; To update the Premises Licence Layout plans in accordance with the plans supplied by the applicant. All Premises Licence conditions to remain as existing. There is no increase to the size of the licensed area or capacity. Please see the application for full details. Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Service, Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London SW1E 5QP or via email to licensing@westminster.gov.uk no later than 3rd June 2026 stating the grounds for representation. The register of Westminster City Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council’s website - www.westminster.gov.uk/licensing
