I, Ummihan Kuyturka do hereby give notice that I have applied to the Licensing Authority at West Devon Borough Council for the grant of a premises licence at: 4 Brook Street, Tavistock, Devon, PL19 0HD and known as: Aroma Café Tavistock
The application is for: Sale of alcohol (on and off the premises) Monday to Sunday: 11:00 to 21:00 hours. Opening Times: Monday to Sunday 09:00 to 21:00 hours.
Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to West Devon Borough Council, Licensing Team, Kilworthy Park, Tavistock, PL19 0BZ or by email to licensing@westdevon.gov.uk not later than DATE Representations received after this date cannot be considered. A copy of the application can be viewed at West Devon Borough Council, Kilworthy Park, Tavistock, during normal office hours.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5,000.
