Notice is given that 194 Piccadilly Holdings Limited applied to Westminster City Council on 7 May 2026 for the new grant of a premises licence to use the premises known as Loco Mayfair, 194 Piccadilly London W1J 9EU for the provision of: (1) retail sale of alcohol 10am to 2am Mon-Sat; 10am-1am Sun (2) late night refreshment 11pm-2.30am Mon-Sat; 11pm-1.30am Sun (3) performance of dance, recorded music, live music 10am-2.30am Mon-Sat; 10am-1.30am Sun (4) on such other terms and conditions as set out in the application papers. Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by 4 June 2026 stating the grounds for making said representation to: the Licensing Team, Westminster City Council, City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London SW1E 6QP or licensing@westminster.gov.uk.
The public register where applications are available to be viewed by members of the public can be accessed online by visiting at www.westminster.gov.uk and following the links. The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application.
It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
