NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT JPD London Ltd has applied to WESTMINSTER CITY COUNCIL on 7th May 2026 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at 64 St James’s Street, London, SW1A 1NF for the provision of the sale by retail of alcohol Monday to Thursday 11:00 – 23:30, Friday and Saturday 11:00 – 00:00 and Sunday 11:00 – 22:30 as more particularly set out in the application.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: Public Protection and Licensing, Westminster City Council, 15th Floor, Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London SW1E 6QP to be received by no later than 4th June 2026 stating the grounds for making said representation.
The register and a record of the application can be inspected on the Council’s website www.westminster.gov.uk or by appointment at the Council’s offices during office hours.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
