LICENSING ACT 2003 - NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT MNL LONDON LIMITED has applied to WESTMINSTER CITY COUNCIL on 6th May 2026 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at 92 George Street, London, W1U 8PB for the provision of late night refreshment Monday to Thursday 23:00 – 23:30, Friday and Saturday 23:00 – 00:00. The sale by retail of alcohol Monday to Thursday 09:00 – 23:30, Friday and Saturday 09:00 – 00:00, Sunday 09:00 – 22:30 as more particularly set out in the application.

Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: Public Protection and Licensing, Westminster City Council, 15th Floor, Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London SW1E 6QP to be received by no later than 3rd June 2026 stating the grounds for making said representation.

The register and a record of the application can be inspected on the Council’s website www.westminster.gov.uk or by appointment at the Council’s offices during office hours.

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
