LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice of Application for Premises Licence

We Marine Pub Company Limited hereby make application for a Premises Licence in respect of King Putts, 52 Marine Parade, Southend on Sea, Essex SS1 2EN

The relevant licensable activities which it is proposed will be carried out are Sale of Alcohol for consumption on the premises - Monday to Sunday 10:00 until 00:30 day following, Late Night Refreshment Monday to Sunday 23:00 until 01:00 day following. Opening hours Monday to Sunday 09:00 until 01:00 day following.

Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations to the Licensing Authority (Southend-on-Sea City Council). All such representations shall be made in writing, on or before 26th May 2026 Representations should be sent to the Licensing Authority, Southend-on-Sea City Council, Civic Centre, Victoria Avenue, Southend-on-Sea, Essex SS2 6ZG or emailed to licact2003@southend.gov.uk. A record of the application, and the statutory register of the Licensing Authority, may be inspected at the Council's office address given above, between 10.00am and 4.00pm on Mondays to Fridays. Or viewed on the Council website www.southend.gov.uk.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is level 5 on the standard scale.
