We KP & Sons Trade Ltd have made the above application on 03/05/2026 to Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council for a new premises licence for: Sale of Alcohol (consumption OFF the premises) and opening hours: Monday until Sunday 07:00 to 23:00 on all days.

Any other person or ‘Responsible Authority’ may make written representations that must be submitted by email or postal address below before 31/05/2026, post to:
