What is proposed?

Notice is hereby given that Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited in respect of premises known as O'Neill's, Crown Square, Woking, Surrey, GU21 6HR has applied to Woking Borough Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence.

The proposed variation is to vary the plans attached to the premises licence to add an additional area at first floor to the trading area and the area where licensable activities are permitted to take place. The additional area is shown on the drawing which accompanied the application, such variation to take effect upon notification to the Licensing Authority that the works have been completed. All hours and conditions to remain as existing.

Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by the Licensing Team, Woking Borough Council, Civic Offices, Gloucester Square, Woking, Surry, GU21 6YL or sent by email to licensing@woking.gov.uk no later than 11th June 2026 stating the grounds for representation.

The register of Woking Borough Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council’s website – www.woking.gov.uk
