NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF PREMISES LICENCE

AKE NOTICE that Pauline Bites LTD have applied under the Licensing Act 2003, for the grant of a premises licence in respect of premises known as 28 Queen Street, Huddersfield, HD1 2SP.

FOR Sale of Alcohol Monday - Sunday 12pm- 5am.

Recorded & Live Music Monday
Sunday 9am - 5am. Late Night Refreshment
Monday - Sunday 11pm - 5am.

Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations regarding the application where they believe that the proposed activities would undermine any of the four licensing objectives

Any representations must be submitted in writing to the Licensing Department, PO Box 1720, Huddersfield, HD1 9EL or by email at licensing@kirklees.gov.uk by Thursday 4th June 2026.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction would be liable to a fine not exceeding £5000
