We, Rodgers of Plymouth Ltd, do hereby give notice that on 11th May 2026 we applied to the Licensing Authority at South Hams District Council to vary the Premises Licence at Spar, Brixton Road Garage, Brixton, Plymouth, PL8 2BL.
The application is to: amend the premises licence plan to increase the area within which alcohol may be sold.
Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so in writing to The Licensing Department, South Hams District Council, Follaton House, Plymouth Road, Totnes, TQ9 5NE or by email: licensing@swdevon.gov.uk. Representations must be received NO LATER than 8th June 2026.
A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority’s address by appointment during normal office hours.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
