Maiden Castle - Application For Premises Licence
What is proposed?
THE LICENSING ACT 2003
Notice is hereby given that Durham University has applied to Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as The Graham Sports Centre, Maiden Castle, Durham, DH1 3SE for the variation of a Premises Licence to permit the following:-
- To extend the licensable area of the premises
- To add Plays, Films, Live Music, Recorded Music, Performances of Dance and Provision of anything similar to Live Music, Recorded Music and Performances of Dance (Indoors) Monday to Saturday 10:00 - 00:00, Sunday 10:00 - 23:00
- To add Indoors sporting events Monday to Saturday 08:00 - 00:00, Sunday 08:00 - 23:00
- To amend Sale of Alcohol times to Monday to Saturday 11:00 -00:00, Sunday 12:00 - 23:00 (Consumption on and off the premises)
- To add a number of conditions to the licence.
- To amend the plan attached to the licence.
A record of this application may be inspected at the Council's offices at Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham. DH7 8RS by appointment on weekdays between 9.30 am and 4.00 pm.
