NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17
Notice is hereby given that on the 06.05.2026 Karali QSR Limited applied to Guildford Borough Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises Taco Bell, 233 High Street, Guildford GU1 3AJ.
The proposed licensable activities are ;-
1. To permit late night refreshment on Sundays to Thursdays between the hour of 23.00 and 00.00 and on Friday and Saturday between the hour of 23.00 and 02.00.
Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by;- Licensing Unit, the Council Offices, Millmead House, Guildford, Surrey GU2 4BB, or by e-mail to: licensing@guildford.gov.uk no later than the 03.06.2026 stating the grounds for representations.
The register of Guildford Borough Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the Licensing Unit, the Council Offices Millmead, Guildford, Surrey GU2 4BB between 10.00 am and 4.00 pm Monday to Friday or on www.guildford.gov.uk/la03applications
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
