Notice is hereby given that Bronzemarch Trading Ltd has applied to Wandsworth Council for a new premises licence at Hare & Tortoise, 286 Upper Richmond Road, London SW15 6TH for the (off) sale by retail of alcohol 1130-2200hrs Monday to Sunday.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing by 29 May 2026 stating the grounds for making said representation to: Wandsworth Licensing Authority, Regulatory Services Partnership (Serving Merton, Richmond and Wandsworth Councils) Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey, SM4 5DX or by email: licensing@merton.gov.uk
The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) by prior appointment at the offices of Wandsworth Licensing Authority (above address) between the hours of 10am & 4pm.
Information on all new applications received by the Licensing Authority can be viewed on the Council’s website www.wandsworth.gov.uk
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application, punishable upon conviction by an unlimited fine.
