Notice is hereby given that B.U.S. PREMIER LTD has applied to Southend on Sea Borough Council to vary the premises licence as follows:

    1. Opening hours and off sales of alcohol: 06:00 to 03:00 Monday to Sunday

    1. Late night refreshment: 23:00 to 03:00 Monday to Sunday.

    1. Removal of some conditions at annex 2 & 3.

  1. Update premises plan.

The application may be inspected at the Council’s office address given below, between 08:30 and 16:45 on Mondays to Fridays.
