Notice of Application to Vary a Premises Licence Under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Mecca Bingo Limited has applied to Stockton-On- Tees Borough Council for a variation of the premises licence in respect of premises known as Mecca Bingo Club, 2 Chandler’s Wharf, Bridge Road, Stockton-On-Tees, TS18 3BA.
The proposed variation is to seek approval of the plan submitted with the application to extend and alter the bar counter in the main hall and an additional door adjacent to the wash up. No other changes to be made.
Any representations by an interested party or responsible authority regarding the above mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Service, Stockton-On- Tees Borough Council, Municipal Buildings, Church Road, Stockton-On-Tees, TS18 1LD, or by email to licensing@stockton.gov.uk no later than 8 June 2026 stating the grounds for objection.
The register of Stockton-On-Tees Borough Council, and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the Council's website – www.stockton.gov.uk or in person at the above address Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) between 9.00am and 4.00pm.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
