LICENSING ACT 2003 APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Khalid Ali Khan has applied to Nuneaton & Bedworth Borough Council for a Premises Licence in respect of Pepe's Piri Piri, 126 Abbey Street, Nuneaton, CV11 5BZ 

The application is for: Late-night refreshments including deliveries Monday to Sunday 23:00-04:00. Opening times Monday to Sunday 11:00-04:00. 

The place where the record of the application may be inspected and where the register of the Licensing Authority is kept is the Licensing Section, Town Hall, Coton Rd, Nuneaton CV11 5AA A responsible authority or any other person may make a representation in writing to the Licensing Section at the same address or by e-mail to licensing@nuneatonandbedworth.gov.uk by 2nd June 2026 

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 on the Standard Scale, currently £5,000.
