APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Powerleague Fives Limited is applying for the GRANT of a Premises Licence at: Salford Stadium, Lichfield Road, Birmingham B6 7TG If granted, the application will allow the following licensable activities: Licensable activity as more fully described in the application, including the sale of alcohol from 10:00 to 23:00 Sunday to Thursday inclusive and from 10:00 to 01:00 Friday and Saturday. To include licensable activity in the Pavilion and from a bar by the Padel Courts and non-standard timings in the space shaded green on the accompanying plan. The premises would be open from 07:00 to 23:30 Sunday to Thursday inclusive and 07:00 to 01:30 Friday and Saturday Further information concerning the application can be viewed on the Licensing Act 2003 Electronic Public Register at: www.birmingham.gov.uk/licensing

Any person who wishes to make a representation must do so in writing, preferably by email to: licensing@birmingham. gov.uk or by post to: General Licensing, Regulation & Enforcement, PO Box 17831, Birmingham B2 2HJ.

Representations must be received within 28 consecutive days from the day after the application was submitted. The last day for making representations is: 5th June 2026. It is an offence, under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to make a false statement in or in connection with this application. Those who make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount. Date of Notice: 8th May 2026
