NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that We, Greene King Retailing Limited have applied to Birmingham City Council on 06th May 2026 for a variation to a premises licence to use the premises at: The Beeches, 116 Thornbridge Avenue, Perry Barr, Birmingham, B42 2AE.

The application is to vary the hours for Sale of Alcohol by Retail from 08:00 to 00:00 Sunday to Thursday and 08:00 to 01:00 Friday to Saturday.

Opening hours from 08:00 to 00:30 Sunday to Thursday and 08:00 to 01:30 Friday to Saturday - Non-standard timings amended to reflect proposed start times of 08:00 Amend children’s condition to read: No children will be allowed on the premises after 23:00.

The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
